Jos, with over 20 years of experience in commercial roles, is known for his innovative approach in the fintech sector. He has a proven track record of turning creative ideas into practical consumer products, with a particular focus on groundbreaking fintech enterprises.
As Chief Commercial Officer at Nxchange, a fully regulated market, Jos leads the company's sales and business development efforts. He is also the founder of Bondex, a platform designed for the issuance of tokenized securities. Bondex, which embodied his vision for more efficient and transparent capital markets, was acquired by Nxchange in 2021.
Abdel has over twenty years of experience in financial services. After his studies, he started his career at Rabobank Group in the Netherlands. Later, he joined KAS BANK and CACEIS.
As Commercial Director EMEA, he has a successful track record in new business and business development with a passion for growth by deploying resources to build strong strategic partnerships.
He has an extensive network in the asset servicing sector. His primary focus was on investment funds, asset managers, (private) banks and family offices.
Joep has extensive experience in corporate finance, gained at organizations such as ShineWing Australia, Neu Capital, and PwC Amsterdam. He has worked for two General Partners and managed fundraising for various PE, VC, PD, and hedge funds across Europe and Asia.
Joep spearheaded the expansion of c*funds in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, he manages his own Single Family Office and recently founded Eastbound Equity, a boutique investment advisory firm that connects investors, funds, and companies in Asia and Europe.
